A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE / HVAC INSTALLATION COORDINATOR

As a Customer Service / HVAC Installation Coordinator, you are responsible for the efficient coordination of installation projects while focusing on customer service and problem-solving. Answering customer phone calls, you assist with scheduling appointments and answering their questions. You also handle all other inbound project scheduling communications. Acting as a point of contact for our customers, technicians, and subcontractors, you ensure that everyone is informed and that each installation project goes as planned.

Whether we are experiencing a busy or slow period, you are always sure to proactively manage the schedule. You are the backbone that our team depends on to keep their jobs flowing smoothly. Additionally, you track metrics and complete accurate documentation. You enjoy the variety inherent in your job and actually enjoy coming to work each day in our fast-paced office environment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting

Experience working in a trade or construction company is preferred, but not required. Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? Do you have strong communication skills? Are you service-oriented? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you attentive to detail and organized? Can you handle urgent issues without getting flustered?
