Boston Standard Company of Mattapan, MA is searching for a full-time CSR / Installation Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced office team and help provide exceptional customer service while efficiently scheduling installation projects. In this vital role, you can expect to earn a competitive wage and work a Mon-Fri, 7:30 am-4:30 pm weekly schedule. Our CSRs / Installation Project Coordinators are the backbone of our high-functioning office team! In this role, you provide exceptional customer service while coordinating installation projects. You spend the bulk of your day answering phones, scheduling appointments, and answering customer questions. You also handle all other inbound project scheduling communications. You are the point person for our customers, techs and subcontractors and you make it your goal to ensure that projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and exceed customer expectations!

You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy having to stay "on your toes!" You focus on keeping jobs running smoothly and customers happy. You track metrics to ensure the quality and efficiency of our jobs and you have a sense of pride about your contributions to the overall success and productivity of our company!



  • 3 or more years of customer service experience in an office
